Delivery Costs to UK Mainland, no International delivery is currently available

 

Heat Pumps

All Hortus Collection Heat Pumps include our standard free kerb side pallet delivery.

Delivery to Northern and Southern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, and Channel Islands – please contact us for delivery charges.

Hot Tubs

All Hortus Collection Hot Tubs include our standard free delivery within 200 miles of our distribution centre in Chesterfield, deliveries over 200 miles will be charged at £3.16 per additional mile.

Accessories

All Hortus Collection accessories come with a standard £10 delivery charge for items under 20kg*

If the order is over £100 then delivery will be free*

*Deliveries over 20 kg will incur a pallet charge and you will be contacted for associated costs.

Delivery Re-arrangement

Re-arrangement of Delivery will need to be happen with at least 48 hours notice. If we are notified later than this point then there will be a administration charge
of £150 and a re delivery scheduling charge of £400 will occur.

If your product is in stock

If your desired product is in stock you can expect it to be delivered in
5-28 working days for Hot Tubs and Swim Spas (sometimes this time may increase due to popularity of products and stock levels) and 5-8 working days for heat pumps, accessories and parts. Our products will be sent from our warehouse directly to you. If there are any weather problems or anything that may affect your estimated delivery time we will contact you. We will explain if there will be any change to the date in which you will receive your product and hopefully a new estimated date.

We are not liable for any delivery delays after the product has left our warehouse but we can guarantee that we will investigate why there has been a delay.
